<p dir="auto">Risk management is a discipline which is mandatory in financial institutions to save the institution from risk.  Risk management involves identification, measurement, monitoring and controlling risks. The risk management activities usually take place at three hierarchy level, strategic, macro and micro level.</p>
<p dir="auto">Being a student of Consumer Banking, you are required to give your opinion that which hierarchy level is most important to manage risk in banks. Support your answer with strong logical arguments.</p>
