<![CDATA[Maintenance activity on SMW5 cable system relating to Power Feed Equipment in TUAS (Singapore)]]>We have been informed by our upstream providers that they will be conducting a planned maintenance activity on SMW5 cable system relating to Power Feed Equipment in TUAS (Singapore). During this maintenance activity, Singapore- Sri Lanka Segment of SMW5 cable system will be powered down and as a result, Singapore bound capacities will remain unavailable. Singapore bound (East Bound) internet and IP services will be degraded or may be unavailable during the activity.

End Date and Time: 30-Jan-2021 05:00 AM (0500Hrs) PST

All west bound capacities on SMW5 cable system are on outage due to this fault. Marine repair operation will start after issuance of permits from concerned authority.

Currently no ETR is available.

Affected Service: Service degradation may be faced on Internet/IP Services
